Pack Your Items
Securely place your unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
